We are proud to announce a new and improved way for you to send us feedback on our products and let you help us prioritize what we work on next! We are in the process of rolling out UserVoice for all of our products after a very successful pilot project with Responder.

UserVoice is a web based tool which allows you to submit suggestions on what you think should be added (or modified) to the ArcFM product suite! It also allows you to vote on the suggestions which are most important to your utility. This voting process will directly impact how we prioritize what we work on in the current and/or next release.

We have put together a short video which walks you through how to login to the site, how to search existing suggestions, submit new suggestions, and place your votes on the most important to your organization.

Currently we have a forum open for Responder (by invite only), but we are working on getting the other forums live.  Please watch for other ArcFM Buzz posts for notification when those are up and running.
